Dear TPP team,

I got an error while converting MS/MS results by Bruker MaXis (.baf) into
mzML with the help of msconvert. Have anyone met such an error and how to
fix it?

I have Windows Server 2008 R2. I installed the latest TPP (TPP v4.6 OCCUPY
(BETA RC-1) rev 1, Build 201209070952 (MinGW)). To have all the necessary
libraries I installed msconvert (3.0.3949-x86) above. I installed msconvert
in the "C:\Inetpub\tpp-bin" directory to be acceptable by TPP. I also
installed all the necessary for msconvert .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and 4.0 and
Microsoft
Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (both x86 and x64).

I have data from Bruker MaXis in .baf format. While converting to mzML I
got the following error:

format: mzML (Precision_64 [ 1000514:Precision_64 1000515:Precision_32 ],
ByteOrder_LittleEndian, Compression_None) indexed="true"

Please report this error to [email protected].
Attach the command output and this version information in your report:

ProteoWizard release: 3.0.3949 (2012-9-10)
ProteoWizard MSData: 3.0.3949 (2012-9-10)
ProteoWizard Analysis: 3.0.3949 (2012-9-10)
Build date: Sep 10 2012 17:00:06

This is an error from one of my files. The other return similar errors. I
also know that the files are correct as I can convert them to mgf with the
help of Bruker original software.

Thank you very much for any kind of help!

Have a Nice Day,

Georgij.
