I would like to specify semi-tryptic digestion as xinteract option. From
the help I see only "normal" trypsin is supported:
-eX [specify sample enzyme]
-eT [specify sample enzyme = Trypsin]
-eS [specify sample enzyme = StrictTrypsin]
...
However, the underlying tools would support semi-trypsin, i.e.
InteractParser -Esemitrypsin
Is there a way out?
