Just in case anybody else has this problem, I found a tutorial here: http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=Custom_digest_site
For my concrete case (semi-tryptic digestion), in the end I added case 't': return "semitrypsin"; to trans_proteomic_pipeline/src/Visualization/xinteract/xinteract.cxx(2025) and recompiled xinteract. Hope that helps anybody else some day, Lorenz Am Donnerstag, 20. September 2012 12:20:22 UTC+2 schrieb loblum: > > Hi there > > I would like to specify semi-tryptic digestion as xinteract option.
