Is there a way around remapping the paths that are hard coded in the search result files in e.g. .tandem and .tandem.params so that they can be directly used on another operating system that has a different directory structure?
I am doing the searches on a linux server and in order to use the result files on a Windows box I have to remap the paths first to match where they will live on the other PC where I run them through the rest of the pipeline. For example I use sed to change paths in the tandem search result and params files from /usr/local/tpp/data/projects/project_name... to c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\ISB\data\projects\project_name. It would be nice not to have to do this, or to have a utility that automates the process.
