I feel your pain, I've been doing the same remapping myself all week.
There's a utility in TPP called updateAllPaths.pl.  But I've had some
problems using this in the past.  We were just discussing a need for a
better more accurate and functional utility.  So there should be a new
implementation coming shortly...
