Hello, I am using the Petunia interface and trying to convert mzML files to mgf files without success. I start with Thermo raw files that are in one case 78,095 kb and generate a mzML file that is 100,674 kb. When I try to generate a mgf file the file size is indicated as 1 kb. The only information written to the file is: COM=Conversion of BSA_CID01.mzML to mascot generic CHARGE=2+ and 3+ Please let me know what I have done wrong during this conversion process.
