I encountered an error when I ran my command line to convert the .wiff to mzXML. My command is "C:\>mzwiff>mzwiff.exe -v --mzXML C:file path. wiff", and the error note is "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process." And actually none of the process is using my targeted file. so what's the problem?
