Hi All,
I need some help to understand my proteinprophet data. When I
group my data with proteinprophet grouping, I have "0" total peptides for
the isoforms of few particular proteins, lets say "Protein X". However,
protein X has more than 0 unique peptides. These isoforms ( -2, -3 uniprot
accession no. etc. ) have total peptides listed in front of them and mostly
its 0. However, there are unique peptides more than 0 listed among them.
How to explain this? Thanks for your time.
