Hi, Just got the latest SVN revision (revision number: 6165) compiled on RHEL 6.4. I ran a test case on an old X!Tandem search result. The X!Tandem results were processed with Tandem2XML. I then ran: xinteract -OpdAE -drev *.XML
Everything seems to go fine but no interact.pep.shtml or interact.prot.shtml files are generated. This makes it difficult to view the results in a browser. Am I missing a step with this new release?
