Hi everyone, I feel a bit babyish to ask very basic question. But while going through tutorial on wiki "how to use TPP", I was asked to login using "tutorial" as username and "TPP" as a password. I typed that in and got a message, saying: "User tutorial not found..." My goal is to get an estimation how much a protein of interest present in different murine/human tissues relative to different housekeeping genes. Where can I get raw mass-spec data of the whole lysates? Is it anything not publicly available? Sorry for such basic questions, but I would really appreciate if somebody would answer me. My PI is not very familiar with this area either. I feel alone and completely lost. Sincerely, sol83
