Hi everyone, Here is the message I encoutered when running PeptideProphet, ProteinProphet and Libra :

WARNING: cannot CORRECT data file c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Mourad_Bekhouche/4-Plex_Qexact/4-Plex_QExact.gz in msms_run_summary tag ... processed altogether 20901 results It looks like the program is searching a .gz file wich doesn't exist in my folder whereas .mzXML.gz is present. Whatever I do in MSConvert, It's still looking the same file. Any idea of reason why ? I would really appreciate to have an advice or better, a solution to fix it.
