Hello, I am working through the tutorial<http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Tutorial>and when I attempt to run ASAPRatio the it ends immediately with an error:
ERROR: output file created, c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/demo/interact.pep.xml, appears incomplete. Please check the input files for completeness I used *interact.iproph.pep.xml *generated by iProphet per the instructions and the file looks like it should as far as I can tell. I'm running Windows 7 on an Optiplex 760 and using TPP 4.6.3 Any help figuring out what is wrong would be greatly appreciated.
