Hi Justin,

It seems you have encoutnered a bug in the tutorial Demo / xinteract tool
that is not letting you process a file through xinteract if it has already
been processed with PeptideProphet and iProphet.


 I have updated xinteract to work as advertised on the Demo you are
following, but I also had to update the instructions in the demo (see
http://tools.proteomecenter.org/wiki/index.php?title=TPP_Tutorial_v2#9._Peptide_Quantitation_with_ASAPRatio).
 Please replace your version of c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\xinteract.exe with the
one I built today that corrects the problem (you can download it here:
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/21286225/xinteract.exe)  reread the
instructions in the Tutorial and try again.
