Hi, Here is the message at the end of the conversion process on the .raw file downloading from the TPP-Demo folder:
[RawFile::ctor] Reading Thermo RAW files requires the decimal separator to be '.' - adjust regional/language settings in the Control Panel. Error processing file c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/TPP_Demo2009/Tandem/OR20080317_S_SILAC-LH_1-1_01.raw I know that it's not a new issue but after trying all the tricks given on the same subjet in the spctools-discuss (changing the regional settings, dowloading a new version of pwiz or MS File Reader (2.2)), it's still the same thing.
