Hi Fred, have you changed the settings for the Administrator account? A common scenario is that a named user changes the regional settings, but this does not fix the problem, because the web server (Apache) that supports the graphical user interface starts when the machine starts running as “Administrator”, not **your** account. If this is the case, then you need to log in as the username “Administrator” and adjust the regional settings for **that** account. Then you can log out and log back in as your username and things will work. The reality is that when you launch any job through the web graphical user interface, it runs as the web server account (usually Administrator but not always), not under your account. This usually does not cause problems, but sometimes can. Such as this.
If you’ve already tried this, then I am out of ideas.
