Hi everyone, I'm now having trouble getting an X!Tandem search working through the Petunia GUI on my Windows machine. Whenever I try to start a search I receive this error:
*EXECUTING: run_in c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Will; c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Will/test.tandem.params * command "c:\Inetpub\tpp-bin\tandem c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/ISB/data/Will/test.tandem.params" failed: Unknown error *Command FAILED* RETURN CODE:65280 However, I have no problems doing the same search, with the same parameters file from the command line. Any suggestions about what may be going on? I've attached that parameter file that I'm using as well.
