Thanks Jason,

I decided to run xinteract without any arguments so it would list the
options. Turns out to get intensity values listed in the pepxml file the
option is -PREC. When I run xinteract without any arguments and pipe that
into grep searching for intensity I get the following:

root@bluewhale:/usr/local/tpp/bin# ./xinteract |grep intensity
-PREC record precursor intensity in pepXML
-i also export intensities and intensity based
ratio

The second line with the -i is listed as an option for Xpress. I didn't
see any options for intensity via -l.

Cheers,
Brian
