Brian,

That "-PREC" command line option in "xinteract" will invoke the "-I" option
in "InteractParser" to report the precursor intensity.  "xinteract" is a
wrapper that runs many tools, including "InteractParser" that Jason
referred to.  Hope this makes sense.
