Hi all, I'm trying to convert wiff files to mzml files and despite the command is successful I encounter this error during the conversion:
Error writing run 1 in "1.wiff": bad allocation The converter saves a mzml file, but cannot open it with Pep3D to check the quality of the data. Any ideas? Thanks guys!!!!
