Hi everyone, I am working with spectraST and build up a spectral library with the Peptide Prophet probability for filtering. As i searched my data with Sequest i would also like to make a library, were all my pep.xml files were previously filtered by Xcorr.
When you look at your pep.xml files with the Viewer you can sort by Xcorr, but only Export your Analyse with this filter critera to Excel.
