Hello, I really enjoy using the new TPP 4.8, though I have a couple of questions:
1. Is it possible when exporting to xls with the new ProtXML viewer (using Petunia) to include the XPRESS values? This used to be the case with the old viewer (legacy) and still can be done with it. However, so far I can only export with a limited number of columns, is there something I could activate? i don't see any extra options in the File Info or Filter & Sort tabs. 2. I really like the graphical representation of the quantitation, however is it also possible to add the column with actual ratio +/- error? Hovering on top shows the ratio, yet having the ratio with its error values, has the advantage to have a gross view to identify possible proteins in which the quantitation didn't went so well (+/- Errors which are higher than the ratio) Great release, best Alejandro -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "spctools-discuss" group.
