Thank you for trying out the new version of TPP and for your feedback.

You are correct, the new ProtXML viewer has somewhat limited options for
exporting to xls.  We plan on adding more columns and user options in the
next release, as well as adding a way to visualize the quantitation
errors.  We also plan on setting up a wiki page that explains the new
layout, links, colors, etc.  And as usual, we welcome your suggestions.
