Hi Jesse, I'm getting exactly same error right now, but with the tutorial data. So, it seems that there is something related to pipeline or ProtProphet instead of the data. I did try rerun all the tutorial exactly as they teach 3-4 times, but it didn't work. Don't know what it would be.
