I think the issue is that SpectraST can write a library > 2 GB size (probably with a broken index but it does not realize this), but then when it comes time to read that (raw) library to make the consensus, the index overruns the 32-bit address space for the index. Which is why a 64-bit compile is necessary.
When you download spectrast.exe that that URL, in what way does it not work? Same exact failure? A different failure?
