Dear David, I have used 30 threads, but there is still only 1% CPU used. Therefore it is superslow. I have spend one week looking at it. It looks like going to take months to finish, therefore I donot have results. Yes, I always tracking my pc for RAM and cpu used. There are ~34GB RAM used when iprophet doing the merging. I think the threads option is not working for the 64-bit iprophet you released. Can you compile a new iprophet 64-bit that can work with multiple threading?
