Hello guys,

I am a new user of PD 2.0 and my question is regarding how to run and then
open the result file in a way that all features form multiple samples
appeared in one unique master table. Example: I have 20 raw files that I'v
ran in batch mode, so I have one result file for each of the 20 files. But,
now I'd like to open all result fies together in one unique table where I
can see the PSMs for each protein in each sample.

I also have opened a multi consensus file of those 20 files. But, in this
way I just have the list of non-redundant proteins of all files and not the
PSMs of each protein in each sample.

I know that in early versions of PD it was possible to open the result
files from multiple samples. However in this newer I'm not finding the way.

Hope someone can help me!
