Hi Aoen K,

I just had the same issue and hopefully my answer comes not too late for
you: I solved it by manually editing the ProphetModels.pl file (and
depending on your workflow also ProtXMLViewer.pl and tpp_models.pl,
basically wherever you see an error in your output). Afterwards all ran
smoothly.

1. Open the file(s) in an editor like Notepad etc. (somehwere in C:/TPP/bin/
for you as I see from the error message)
2. Go to line 33 where you find the command: use FindBin::libs qw(
subdir=perl );
3. Either delete or outcomment (by adding a # in front of the line) this
line
4. Save it

& you should be good to go. The findBins module searches for paths
specified in @INC. For some reasons this fails under Windows for TPP - at
least in some cases (maybe depending on the directory you installed it in).

Hope this helps!
David
