Sorry if this problem had already been solved, but I can´t find nothing at 
the spctools...

I´m dealing with this problem at output files:
   
   - c:/TPP/data/interact.prot.xml (*file not found:* not created or 
   deleted?)

And on the command section is this what´s happening:
