I cant create splib using the example given in wiki page these are the errors: "Total Run Time = 1 seconds. SpectraST finished at Fri Dec 01 11:01:22 2017 with 2 error(s): CREATE: Cannot open PARAMS file "C:\TPPData\hhcdSelected" for reading Create params. " Could any one give me a full example how to create and perform search given query spectra against library spectra, my library format is .msp file. Thanks in Advance!
