Hi Jon, Since the default for ProteinProphet is to not produce png data plots, no option is needed to achieve this. There is no longer a NOPLOT option. Please note that these graphical models are being written to the corresponding xxxx-MODELS file (auto-created when running xinteract and/or opening the ProtXMLViewer).
If you want to create those plots, you need to specify the PLOTPNG option -- which can also be specified by invoking the (newly re-mapped) "t" option in xinteract. This latter behavior will be released with the next release of TPP (5.2) -- or if you build from sources, check out revision 7711 or later. Hope this helps, --Luis On Tue, Dec 12, 2017 at 1:50 PM, <[email protected]> wrote: > Thanks, we're checking on that now. > > But if you don't invoke the "t" option, what is the expected syntax that > should pass to ProteinProphet? > > Should it then do a PLOTPNG then since you're not telling it to do a > NOPLOT?
