Hi Jon,

Since the default for ProteinProphet is to not produce png data plots, no
option is needed to achieve this.  There is no longer a NOPLOT option.
Please note that these graphical models are being written to the
corresponding xxxx-MODELS file (auto-created when running xinteract and/or
opening the ProtXMLViewer).

If you want to create those plots, you need to specify the PLOTPNG option
-- which can also be specified by invoking the (newly re-mapped) "t" option
in xinteract.  This latter behavior will be released with the next release
of TPP (5.2) -- or if you build from sources, check out revision 7711 or
later.
