Hi, First time here. I noticed that since TPP 5.0, the NOPLOT option was removed:

This is a bit problematic if you're having xinteract pipe in commands to ProteinProphet since the "t" option will insert in the NOPLOT option and then fail. Is this being addressed anywhere or has anyone found an appropriate workaround for this?
