Hi,

In the publication describing StPeter it is said that for statistical
analysis of quantitative StPeter results "We currently recommend using
MSstats(12) on protein-level normalized spectral indices with internal
MSstats normalization disabled". I tried to create an input file for
MSstats from my prot.xml files with spectral indexes obtained from StPeter.
However, thses values are typically in range from 0 to 1, and MSstats
automatically replaces them with zero values when processing the input
file. Do you have any suggested workflow on how to make StPeter spectal
index values suitable for MSstats?

Best,

Dmytro Morderer
