Dear Dan and Will,
I am getting the same error as Will with a new installation of miniconda3
and anaconda-client on a Ubuntu 16 system. I also installed proj.4 4.9.2
manually (conda install -c omgarcia proj.4=4.9.2), but this does not remove
the error.
