I really like this convention.  It'd be much better to have clearly different 
extensions for clearly different formats.  In particular, I do *not* like using 
".spdx.rdf" vs. ".rdf"; they look the same to many tools.

I'll modify my tutorial to recommend those filename extensions, making it clear 
that these are just my personal recommendations.  My hope is that I can talk 
others into this or some similar convention.
