I just added a pull request so for the file to be added to the github source for the SPDX spec (https://github.com/spdx/spdx-spec/pull/38). If it is accepted, future versions of the file can be found there. The Spec repo will be tagged with various releases which will provide access to previous versions. I found a html document [1] for the file and an online browser [2] but not the actual file. To process the ontology, it would be easier to have the file in a directly machine readable form. Would be great if someone could point me to a place where I can find a file with the ontology.
