This was fixed later with version 2.2.[12]<https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_Package_Data_Exchange#cite_note-12> From my reading of the current SPDX 2.2, I consider this is wrong. It is only identifiers like GPL-2.0+ that are deprecated, but the “+” operator can still be applied to licences. Can you please confirm so that I can update the Wikipedia page?
