Yep, I uninstalled CF Studio - I managed to get it all working again - as
the Server Cache tick box was on which was not allowing the policies to be
updated! I was having a freaked out CF Studio moment (I had the new custom
Spectra additions from the Dev Xchange installed) so I thought - re-install
it and the webtop refused to open up - I was not amused.
I managed to get it all back and re-install the DB - but I may have to put
some feelers out to see why it happened.
