TypeIndexAll is for something different. It's used for the 'AllType' search
collection, which is a basically a mega collection of data for a COAPI. You
want to run TypeIndex for each type, but only if you add one type at a time.
(ie, if you planning on adding 4 types tomorrow, do it when your done with
the types, not after each one).
