Let's assume that you stop making new types, but continue to make new
objects. Whenever you make a new object, or edit an old one, you should use
the TypeIndexKeyUpdate tag (the name is something like that, I'm too lazy to
look it up). There is a corresponding keyupdate tag for the metadata and
alltype collections as well.

Also, if you delete an object, you should use the TypeIndexKeyDelete tag.
