Thanks Jason,

We all appreciate the great amount of work we know this has taken. We hope Macromedia
appreciates the problem - I believe they do.

Lanny,

I have not created scripts to port existing policies over. I considered
doing it, but haven't had the time. When Macromedia does come out with a
solution, I'm sure I will end up writing a script to move Custom Securty
policies over to the new system, as I'm going to need to do that for our
sites anyway. I'll post this code when I do it.

It's possible that I'll have some time in the next couple weeks to revisit
Custom Security and improve certain things. I may be able to write a script
then, and I would include it in the download.

As for benchmarks, I have not done this testing. I know that creating
policies is quite a bit faster, but I have not done a test of the whole
system. From my observations, it is certainly not slower. These test will be
one of the things I'll work on in the coming weeks if I get time.

HTH,

Jason
