You are correct, but consider this: Every modification/bug fix that is sent
to us is sent through a rigorous QA process. We check the code, and recheck,
etc. We are not going to waste time on code that will not be part of the
core product. It just isn't worth it.

Another thing to consider: We support everything you download from the site.
We can't start saying "We support A and B, but not C." This makes it easier
for our customers. They can come to the site - download anything, and they
know that they will be supported by Macromedia.

As a side note, if you think the DevEx needs to support bigger apps better,
I'd suggest sending them feedback saying that.

While I agree with you Spike, we simple feel that this is not the purpose of
the site. Additions/apps/etc made in Spectra are great, but are not the
purpose of the site. The DevEx serves this purpose, and again, if you feel
that it is lacking, please contact them with ideas on how they can improve
it.
