comment about cost/time. That's not my place.

As for just grabbing the new code, that _may_ be a license issue. Of
course, if you have 1.5, you have the right to 1.5.1.

Let me say this - your idea of using just the 1.5.1 Ektron related files
may work, but I would _strongly_ shy away from doing this, since your
system will be a combo of 1.5 and 1.5.1 code.
