Ah, I seem to have fixed it! When I installed the latest RC of CFMX, it stated that ColdFusion 5 was detected and would I like to upgrade, at this stage I clicked Yes (stupidly), where I should have clicked No.....
What then happened was that the install removed my Advanced Security features of ColdFusion 5, rendering that broken along with my Spectra install....
