On an additional note, I've managed to recreate the security context SC1 and the UserDirectory, but can't seem to log into the webtop now. This was after rolling back MDAC 2.6, rebooting, reinstalling MDAC 2.5.1, rebooting, going through the CF5 security wizards, and restarting services.
