upgrade to 1.5.2 qnd get rid of ShiteMinder :-)

Thanks for all your help. Since siteminder itself was working via the
CFTEST utility, and all of the userdirectories and datasources were working
correctly, I figured that the issue was CF talking to the siteminder
service.
Somehow in the process of migrating my shared secret got mangled. I reset
it just to be sure, restarted the services and everything was good to go. I
was probably the person to blame for the mangling, anyway I appreciate all
of your help, and will know how to troubleshoot Advanced Security in the
future.
