Hello World,

SPECTRUM 8.1 SP1 or SPECTRUM 9.0 - Service Desk 11.2 on Windows 2003 Server

We are involved in a POC of SPECTRUM where we are currently showing SPECTRUM
- Service Desk integration.

The client do not want to create new "spectrum" user in SD as affected user
instead want to use the once which is already present in SD (say ABC). Has
someone done this type of integration?

Beacuse after I complete the integration configuration with user ABC and try
opening the tickets from OneClick I get an unknown error. I started the
debugging on SPECTRUM Tomcat server and saw the following errors logged:

DATE - (http-80-Processor20) (SDIntegration) - ServiceDesk_Asset_ID
attribute written to model for asset: nr:62D84D4CD0B60C49A30CA9307C2204B0
DATE - (http-80-Processor20) (SDIntegration) - User "spectrum" not found in
Service Desk.
DATE - Error occurred while attempting to create a ticket in Service Desk.
java.lang.Exception: Error contacting ServiceDesk for user info. User
"spectrum" not configured or Web Service is not available.
DATE - (http-80-Processor20) (SDIntegration) - SDServlet - create ticket
failed

Regards,
Saurabh
