This means that Spectrum has connected to ServiceDesk and succesfully inserted an asset object. This must me Spectrum 9.0. > DATE - (http-80-Processor20) (SDIntegration) - User > "spectrum" not found in Service Desk. > DATE - Error occurred while attempting to create a ticket in > Service Desk. java.lang.Exception: Error contacting ServiceDesk for > user info. It looks like the integration module logged in to SD and searched for user 'spectrum', but it didn't find it. It could be because of the Web Service Policy you have configured in Service Desk. Since this is a POC only, it might be easier and faster for you to actually add a 'spectrum' analyst contact in SD and then disable it. I'm not 100% sure you need a 'spectrum' user, but support might give you the correct answer.
