There is a default event rule exactly for this ... however there is a bug in 
8.1 that means it doesn't work. This should be fixed in SP2 (H15).

So if you are running a version prior to the fix take a look at the file 
SS/CsVendor/IETF/EventDisp. 

Prior to the fix the entry for 0x00220007 was as follows

0x00220007 E 50 A 1,0x00220007,U,1

If this is the case then you should change it to be 

0x00220007 E 50 A 1,0x00220007,1,U
