Yes you will have to go first to 9.0 and then Patch it to H05 which is  
known as 9.1. CA has changed its numbering and therefor H05 and 9.1 is  
more or less the same. This also means, you will have to install 9.0  
and apply Hotfix 05 which has the name of 9.1.

We did already upgrade most of my customers to 9.1 and did not find  
any problems for now. So there should not be anything you could fall  
into...
