Hi Patrick, thanks for your response. Actually, it was the OneClickService.exe file that was still running in memory that prevented me to perform the update with the SP1, since it didn“t let me to copy the new Java files into the directory \win32app\SPECROOT\Java
But the funny thing is that I tried the same installation(as failed the first time) in my lab environment in the office, and it worked just fine hehehe, but, nevertheless it is a good thing to check that all the spectrum services are stopped before installing SP1 (or other hotfix).
