Hi Patrick, thanks for your response. Actually, it was the OneClickService.exe file that was still running in memory that prevented me to perform the update with the SP1, since it didn´t let me to copy the new Java files into the directory \win32app\SPECROOT\Java
But the funny thing is that I tried the same installation(as failed the first time) in my lab environment in the office, and it worked just fine hehehe, but, nevertheless it is a good thing to check that all the spectrum services are stopped before installing SP1 (or other hotfix).
